Villa Borghese II is seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Maker to join our team. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for crafting our delicious, high-quality pizzas from scratch and ensuring that every pizza that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards of taste and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items in a timely and efficient manner
- Work with our team of chefs to ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and prepared for each day’s service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Help to create and maintain a positive and productive work environment, collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a pizza maker or in a similar role
- Ability to prepare and cook pizzas from scratch, using high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques
- Familiarity with various pizza styles and toppings, and the ability to customize orders to meet our customers’ preferences
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple orders at once
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
