Villa Borghese II is seeking a friendly and reliable Counter/Register Person to join our team. As a Counter/Register Person, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all orders are taken accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers as they arrive, and provide information on our menu and specials
- Take and process orders from customers, using our point-of-sale system to ensure accurate order entry and payment processing
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have and ensuring that they have a positive experience
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all orders are prepared accurately and on-time
- Help to maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, ensuring that all supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple orders and tasks at once
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, and the ability to accurately process payments and handle cash
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, ensuring that all orders are taken and processed correctly
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
